Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our cloud product team. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

**Key Responsibilities: **

  • Translate application requirements into cloud architecture/infrastructure.
  • Deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant architectures.
  • Select appropriate services based on compute, data, or security requirements.
  • Migrate on-premises workload to cloud service providers.
  • Write infrastructure as code (IaC) using CloudFormation, JSON, YAML, or Terraform.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience with public cloud core infrastructure services, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. Additionally, they will be proficient in containerized environments, such as EKS/AKS/GKE, and hosting applications on GCP using Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud SQL, Kubernetes Engine, and Cloud Storage.

**Required Skills:**

  • Proficiency with public cloud core infrastructure services for AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Containerized environment (EKS/AKS/GKE) and hosting applications on GCP using Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud SQL, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage.
  • Networking principles and protocols, including IP subnetting, routing, firewall rules, Virtual Private Cloud, Load Balancer, Cloud DNS, Cloud CDN, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of AWS services, such as EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, Route 53/DNS, Clustering (EKS and ECS), Log Management, and IAM.
  • Knowledge of Azure services, including Compute Instances, Azure Storage, Azure Backup, VNet, Subnets, NSG/ASG, IAM, Azure RBAC, SSL, Traffic Manager, Azure DNS, and Load balancers.
  • Hands-on knowledge of GCP Compute, Cloud Storage, GCP IAM, SSL Certs, and configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet/Chef).
  • Strong notions of security best practices, including IAM Policies & Roles, SSL, KMS, etc.
  • Experience with Service Now, Incident Management, Change Management, and other ITIL processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate IT concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Practical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
