Job Title: Senior UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team at Raft Media Systems Pvt Ltd. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly designs for our web and mobile app products. Your primary goal will be to produce innovative solutions that make our products practical and straightforward to use.

Responsibilities:

• Use wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate and present design ideas.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand the product before presenting solutions to improve the visual and interactive experience.

• Gather user requirements from product managers to create compelling and original designs (images, wireframes, etc.).

• Build and design a user interface using the agreed design systems in Figma.

• Troubleshoot any UX problems.

• Present design concepts and ideas to colleagues, executive members, and clients.

• Ensure a standard is maintained when it comes to style, fonts, colors, and images.

• Conduct regular research on user experience.

• After collecting feedback, ensure changes are made to correct any errors.

• Stay up-to-date with all industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in UI/UX Design with a strong portfolio to show previous work.

• Excellent knowledge of wireframing tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Good problem-solving ability with attention to detail.

• You've at least 3+ years of hands-on experience working as a project manager. Bonus if you've worked on building SaaS products/projects. You've excellent know-how of software systems. You've great communication skills (verbal and written). You're driven enough to build processes that scale up. You have a clear understanding of agile development methodology. You can combine technical and business skills to understand, test, and challenge while working harmoniously with the business and technology owners. You are seeking a full-time engagement and are not distracted by freelancing/personal projects.
