Strategic Initiatives Manager

The role of Strategic Initiatives Manager involves spearheading Knowledge Networks' initiatives by prioritizing, planning, and executing strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Identify and prioritize initiatives based on impact, ROI, and strategic value.
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Monitor progress, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Team Leadership
    • Oversee initiative managers, consultants, and interns, providing guidance and support.
    • Establish clear goals, dashboards, and reporting systems to drive team performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Collaborate with global policymakers, enterprise executives, event organizers, and sponsors to advance business objectives.
    • Present progress updates to leadership, sponsors, and partners, fostering strong relationships.
  • Initiative Delivery
    • Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to execute initiatives efficiently.
    • Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations, preferably in AI, technology policy, or global nonprofits.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of AI, governance, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Experience working with corporate sponsors, government partners, or international organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and take ownership of outcomes.
