Job Title: Game Design and Animation Program Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage our Bachelor of Design (Game Design & Animation) program. The ideal candidate will have strong academic and professional expertise in game development, animation, and interactive media, with demonstrated proficiency in both visual storytelling and technical skills including programming.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing curriculum delivery, planning, and quality assurance. They will also develop and teach core courses in game design, animation, and interactive programming, mentor students in game development projects and industry-linked internships, integrate programming modules into course content, and lead collaborations with industry and support faculty development.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Curriculum Development and Quality Assurance
  • Course Instruction and Mentorship
  • Industry Partnerships and Faculty Development
  • Event Organization and Management
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Game Design, Animation, Computer Science, or related field, and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant academic or industry experience. They will also have a strong portfolio of game/interactive projects and/or published work, excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Key Skills include:

  • Programming languages such as C#, C++, Python, JavaScript
  • Experience with game engines and tools: Unity, Unreal Engine, Godot, Blender
  • Understanding of animation workflows, storytelling, and level design
  • Strong knowledge of gameplay mechanics, UI/UX for games, and interactive media
