As a Patient Advocate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring patients receive seamless care. We're dedicated to making healthcare more accessible and stress-free.

• Work from home as a Patient Relationship Specialist.
• You'll guide patients through their treatment journey, coordinating with top hospitals across India.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Engage with patients, understanding their unique healthcare needs.
2. Help patients choose the right hospital and doctor based on their requirements.
3. Counsel patients on treatment options and hospital facilities, providing personalized support.
4. Coordinate smooth appointments with hospitals and doctors, streamlining scheduling processes.
5. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely follow-ups.

We're Looking for Individuals Who Possess:

• 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, patient counseling, or hospital coordination.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• A patient-centric attitude, coupled with empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (preferred).
