Automation Test Lead

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced automation test lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining robust automation frameworks across UI, API, and mobile platforms.

As a leader in automation testing, you will mentor and guide a team of engineers while ensuring alignment with project goals and test strategies.

You will collaborate with developers, QA analysts, DevOps, and business stakeholders to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.

The ideal candidate should have experience in managing automation efforts across multiple modules/projects and have strong leadership skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong understanding of QA processes, STLC, and Agile/DevOps methodologies.

Expertise in automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, TOSCA, Playwright, or Appium.

Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.

Very good Database Knowledge and SQL.

Experience with API automation using tools like REST Assured, Postman, or Karate.

Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD integration with Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.

Version control using Git, Bitbucket, or GitHub.

Knowledge on build tools like Maven.
