As a passionate UI/UX Designer, you will drive the end-to-end design process for enterprise web applications, from discovery and research to high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and accessible design solutions that align with business goals and enhance user experience.

Your key responsibilities include creating end-to-end design processes for enterprise web applications – from research and wireframing to mockups and prototypes. You will work alongside product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment of user needs with business objectives.

You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and evolving design systems to ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across products. Additionally, you will translate complex workflows into intuitive dashboards, forms, and reusable components.

Conducting user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback cycles will be crucial in validating your design decisions. You will also ensure design accessibility standards are met, supporting inclusive user experiences.

Exploring and implementing AI-enabled design-to-code tools will enable you to speed up design iterations and prototyping. You will leverage Figma as a primary tool for design systems, prototyping, and component management.

This role requires 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with enterprise B2B or SaaS platforms. A strong portfolio demonstrating workflow-heavy enterprise web app design is essential. Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools is necessary.

A basic understanding of front-end development constraints and design handoff best practices is expected. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments are vital.

A solid understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices is required. Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and modern product workflows is a bonus but not necessary.
