Coupa Integration Specialist

Transguard Workforce Solutions provides cutting-edge HR solutions tailored to the UAE market.

We are seeking an exceptional Coupa Integration Specialist for our client based in Dubai, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless data flow between Coupa and Oracle ERP systems via API, REST/cXML, and file-based integrations, thereby supporting Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes by maintaining data integrity, system alignment, and compliance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and managing OIC integrations for PO, invoice, GRN, supplier, and bank data.
  • Automating payment workflows from Coupa to Oracle.
  • Ensuring robust data mapping, error handling, and process automation.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders for system enhancements and continuity.
  • Maintaining technical documentation and support materials.
  • Identifying and implementing integration improvements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of total COUPA experience and 5+ years in integration development; 3+ years with OIC.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or Master's in Management.
  • Experience with Coupa APIs, REST/cXML, XML, JSON, SOAP.
  • Oracle Cloud, PIPO, APIs, SQL, JavaScript.
  • ERP integration (Oracle Fusion, SAP, Workday).
  • Proficiency in OIC orchestration, adapters, XSLT, error handling, and monitoring.
  • OIC certification is preferred.
