About This Role

This managerial position oversees the management of question banks, leads a team of subject matter experts, and collaborates with other administrators as per project requirements.

  • Ensures high-quality question banks are developed for assessments.
  • Manages question banks:
  • Structures and designs question banks; sets quality standards for writing and review in respective domains.
  • Tracks inventory and maintains optimal levels of item availability in assigned non-STEM domains/subjects.
  • SME Management:
  • Defines selection criteria and strategy.
  • Monitors SME performance quality.
  • Trains and develops SME pools in different domains/subjects.
  • Coordinates with SMEs for all test development activities.
  • Test Designing: Creates test designs in subjects of expertise and coordinates with SMEs to finalize test designs in other domains/subjects.
  • Coordinates with internal stakeholders to fulfill requirements for test items and question sets.
  • Supports senior administrators in delivering projects and other requirements as per organizational needs.
  • Analyzes questions post-exam and reports to higher management.

Key Qualifications:

  • Subject competency in school subjects till 12th level as per NCERT syllabus.
  • Broad understanding of the country's education system and NCERT/CBSE/Boards.
  • Experience in the education sector related to assessment & evaluation - test designs/blueprints, question development.
  • Excellent command over English (written and spoken) and Hindi (spoken).

Required Skills:

Proficiency in at least one of the following:

  • Engineering, mathematics, physics, chemistry, or biology.
