We are seeking a skilled Training Developer to design and deliver engaging training programs that enhance employee communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.

About the Role:
  • Program Development
    • Create innovative training content aligned with business objectives.
    • Design and deliver comprehensive soft skills training on communication, email etiquette, customer handling, conflict resolution, time management, team collaboration, and leadership essentials.
  • Delivery and Evaluation
    • Deliver new hire induction training and refresher sessions tailored for BPO employees.
    • Assess training needs through surveys, performance reports, and manager feedback.
    • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and on-the-job performance.
  • Collaboration and Support
    • Coach and mentor employees to improve customer interaction, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
    • Collaborate with operations and HR teams to align training modules with business objectives.
  • Reporting and MIS Maintenance
    • Maintain training MIS and provide reports on participation and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a BPO or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
