Purchasing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in procurement, sourcing, and contract management to lead our purchasing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and validate purchase requisitions and contracts for accuracy and compliance
  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to drive cost savings and process efficiency
  • Analyze and resolve procurement-related issues, including delayed deliveries and vendor performance concerns
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms and conditions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of procurement team members
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement operations, sourcing, and contract management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with eProcurement tools, such as Ariba, SAP, or Oracle
