**Lead Business Finance and Planning Analyst**

This is a key leadership role in driving the company's financial strategy and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • The position will lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process to meet financial goals.
  • Forecasts of monthly, quarterly, and annual results will be prepared, along with cost reduction strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Regular interaction with the executive team and department heads will occur to ensure operational priorities are aligned with the mission, vision, values, and direction.
  • Business partnering support through analytics will be led, and strong relationships will be developed across the business.
  • Analysis of actuals against budget/forecast will identify areas for improvement.
  • Decision-making will be supported by providing stakeholders with timely insights on business performance.
  • Commercial insight and analysis of results will identify underlying trends and challenge the business on performance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Key Qualifications, Experience & Skills
  • A Master's degree in business administration or CA qualification.
  • At least 10 years of experience in managing a similar role.
  • Clear understanding and maintenance of detailed knowledge of sales and revenue drivers.
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and team management skills.
