Financial Crimes Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Crimes Analyst to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services.
About the RoleThis role involves providing critical support in ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. As a Financial Crimes Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing customer information to identify potential risks and ensure that all necessary checks are completed.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough reviews of customer information, including screening for sanctions and other high-risk activities;
- Analyze data to identify patterns and trends that may indicate money laundering or other financial crimes;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement AML/KYC policies and procedures;
- Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations related to AML/KYC;
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to align risk management strategies with business objectives;
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports to track AML/KYC performance metrics.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in AML/KYC, Compliance, or a related field;
- CAMS certification by ACAMS is a plus;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
The estimated salary range for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, Tata Consultancy Services offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
