Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to develop strategies for increased adoption and organizational readiness.
  • Lead functional discovery and process workshops leveraging our proven methodology.
  • Define industry and client-specific business process solutions while identifying opportunities and advising on all things related to ServiceNow implementation projects.
  • Develop expertise by learning multiple practices within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Establish a primary skillset in ITSM with secondary skills in HRSD and experience with integration between modules.
  • Pursue Source-to-Pay Operations skillset, including:
    • Journal Voucher/Offline JVE, Stationery Requisition System, Vendor Payment Block, Challan Generation Process, Credit Admin Form, File Notes System, Business Card Requisition, Debtors' Line-Item Change, Vendor's Line-Item Change, Bank Payment Order, Quotation Evaluation Sheet, Provision Accounting System.
    • Demand Management System (DMS).
    • Purchase Requisition.
    • Journal Voucher/Offline JVE.

Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
  • 3+ years of experience leading business process design workshops to elicit client requirements.
  • At least 8 years of ITSM experience.
  • At least 8 years of HRSD experience.
  • At least 8 years of Integration experience (with ITSM and HRSD).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL Foundations.
