    Main Responsibilities
    • Increase the observability of our applications, services, and infrastructure using Open Telemetry, Grafana, Loki, Mimir, Tempo, and Fluentd.
    • Automate our applications and infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, and Puppet.
    • Create CI/CD pipelines for these services using Gitlab, ArgoCD, and Kustomize.
    • Work closely with Product teams to capture user experiences in Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
    • Reduce the impact of service disruptions through our incident, problem, management programs.
