Job Title: Oracle EPM Implementation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM consultant with expertise in FCCS, ARCS, and EPBCS to drive accurate consolidation, streamlined reconciliations, and effective planning & forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and deploy FCCS, ARCS, and EPBCS solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to gather needs and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
  • Develop metadata, business rules, calculations, data forms, and dashboards across all three applications.
  • Configure account reconciliations in ARCS, including profiles, formats, and matching rules to ensure accuracy.
  • Support consolidation and close cycles in FCCS, including intercompany eliminations, cash flow, and reporting to ensure timely completion.
  • Build planning, budgeting, and forecasting models in EPBCS, including workforce, capex, and financials to provide actionable insights.
  • Manage data integration and automation between EPM modules and ERP systems using Data Management and EPM Automate to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and Smart View queries for end-users to facilitate decision-making.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements, and corporate policies to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Prepare documentation, conduct user training, and transfer knowledge to business teams to ensure seamless handover.
