About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Auditing Expert to join our team at Placon HR Services, a specialized sourcing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting independent audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute internal audits in accordance with professional standards, ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify areas requiring audit attention, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Evaluate internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Review financial statements and transactions to ensure accuracy and detect potential discrepancies.
  • Assess compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
  • Identify and report audit findings and recommendations, providing clear and concise summaries for stakeholders.
  • Monitor implementation of audit recommendations, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to maintain high-quality audit processes and address any concerns.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive audit procedures and documentation, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is between 2500-4000 USD per month, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in auditing, with a focus on internal controls, risk management, and governance.
  • Professional certification such as CIA, CMA, or CPA.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
