Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.

This is a pivotal role in our finance data transformation project, where you will collaborate with finance stakeholders to develop a finance data platform that supports business-critical control responsibilities and decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with data architects and engineers to ingest and structure investment data into the finance data platform.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Google Looker and LookML.
  • Utilize SQL for data querying and analysis, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and modelers to develop necessary data models.
  • Presentation of complex data in visually engaging formats to facilitate communication.
  • Work with product managers and end users to ideate and refine solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with BI solutions governance processes.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience with business intelligence platforms.
  • Proficiency in Looker and LookML.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in data analytics, computer science, accounting, or finance.
  • Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects, preferably in Finance/FinTech.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
  • Expertise in data analytics and visualization, with a solid understanding of UX/UI design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive.
