Financial Operations Manager

The primary objective of this role is to provide expert financial guidance and oversight, ensuring the smooth operation of financial activities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including National Financial Reporting Authority (NFRA) guidelines and Goods and Services Tax (GST) requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, reconciliations, and ledger entries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and other regulatory submissions.

Requirements:

  • Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or Master of Commerce (M. Com) degree from a reputable institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, preferably in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime, Advanced Microsoft Excel, and Saral TDS for effective data management and reporting.
