About this role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Kam Specialist to join our team at Kotak Mahindra Bank. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for sourcing and deepening relationships with our existing customer base of Bank customers.

You will work closely with our Bank team to ensure all clients acquired from the assigned area trade actively.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and deepening relationships with existing customer base of Bank customers
  • Selling Equity based investment products to this set of customer base
  • Developing business, maximizing revenue generation, and achieving sales targets
  • Providing excellent servicing skills and conflict management
  • Working in close coordination with the Bank team

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Post graduate with minimum 1 year of selling experience
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter, proactive, and target-oriented
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills
  • May have good existing client relationships in the market
