About This Role

As a seasoned User Experience Designer, you will be instrumental in crafting intuitive experiences that delight users.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of both end-users and content creators.

  • You will conduct thorough user research to understand behaviors, needs, and pain points, and use this insight to inform your design decisions.
  • Using Figma, you will create wireframes and prototypes that prioritize usability and clarity, and then refine these designs through rigorous testing and iteration.
  • You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation.
Responsibilities
  • Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and easy to navigate.
  • Develop and maintain Altoura's design system for consistency across devices and platforms.
  • Apply accessibility and usability best practices in all design outputs.
  • Presentation of designs (wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes) to stakeholders.
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback and testing results.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience as a User Experience Designer, with strong emphasis on UX.
  • A portfolio that showcases not just final UI, but problem-solving and UX thinking behind designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Lottie).
  • Experience using AI-powered design workflows to accelerate UI generation.
  • Strong communication skills - able to explain design rationale and decisions.
  • Ability to iterate rapidly and adapt designs based on user feedback and project needs.
