Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of healthcare services within our assigned cluster. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing healthcare consulting projects, and developing marketing strategies to increase awareness and patient engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of healthcare services within the assigned cluster
  • Manage healthcare consulting projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness and patient engagement
  • Coordinate and conduct training sessions for staff to improve operational efficiency and service delivery
  • Collaborate with the core team and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment with organizational goals
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze operational data, and implement improvement plans
  • Evaluate compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and quality protocols
  • Ensure smooth cluster-level operations by managing budgets, resources, and logistics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, consulting, or management
  • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication, presentation, and training abilities
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
