  • Job Description:
    • Manage designing projects for 12 to 15 projects month-on-month.
    • Ensure productivity and work output of a team of 6 to 10 designers.
    • Cultivate customer experience and relationships.
    • Enhance design Net Promoter Survey (Customer rating).
    • Train designers on technical details.
    • Lead design discussions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's qualification preferably B.Arch or B.Interior Design.
  • Masters/Specialization: Construction Planning Management, MBA, Design Management.
  • 3+ years' experience as an Interior Designer/Project Manager.
  • Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects (end-to-end project management).
