Job Title: Fashion Retail Manager

Fashion retail managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a fashion store, including sales, marketing, and inventory management.

This role involves working closely with designers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure that products meet quality and style standards. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Product Management: Develop and implement effective product strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Sales and Marketing: Create and execute sales promotions, advertising campaigns, and in-store displays to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and optimize supply chain logistics to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates, visual merchandisers, and other support staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in fashion retail management, sales, or marketing.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and knowledge of fashion trends and industry developments.
