Integration Architect Job Description

We are seeking a senior professional with 7–10 years of integration experience and deep expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data integration solutions.

About the Role
  • This role will serve as the lead technical expert responsible for architecting end-to-end integration flows, ensuring performance, security, and compliance across various applications and systems.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Data Integration Solutions
    1. Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure data integration solutions using advanced technologies.
    2. Architect seamless integrations between various systems and applications, focusing on user experience and efficiency.
  2. Optimization & Re-engineering
    1. Re-engineer existing integrations to enhance performance, maintainability, and cost-efficiency while leveraging innovative adapters and error-handling frameworks.
    2. Leverage advanced patterns and orchestration techniques to streamline complex integration processes.
  3. Technical Leadership & Mentorship
    1. Guide junior developers by providing technical guidance, enforcing best practices, and promoting knowledge sharing.
    2. Lead architectural discussions and influence technical decision-making to drive innovation and growth.
  4. Troubleshooting & Support
    1. Diagnose and resolve complex technical/functional issues through root-cause analysis and effective problem-solving.
    2. Implement monitoring and support mechanisms to ensure high-quality production-grade integrations.
  5. Collaboration & Documentation
    1. Partner with stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical leads to translate requirements into effective solutions, promoting cross-functional collaboration.
    2. Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications and process flows, to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.
  6. Best Practices & Governance
    1. Promote integration best practices, API security, governance, and management within the organization.
    2. Support continuous integration and deployment pipelines to ensure efficient delivery of integration artifacts.
    Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 7–10 years in integration development, with strong focus on advanced technologies and methodologies.
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of orchestration-based, scheduled, and file-based integrations, plus API management and cloud/SaaS integration.
  • Leadership: Strong track record in leading technical teams and owning end-to-end deliverables, driving innovation and growth.
  • Communication: Excellent ability to articulate complex integration concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
