Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced Loan Reviewer to join our team in ensuring the accuracy and quality of loan files.

  • Loan Analysis: Perform thorough analysis of all loan files based on AUS findings or manual loan approvals, evaluating borrower income sources, property appraisals, and debt-to-income ratio.
  • QC Review: Interpret results of any re-verifications received during QC review and cite defects accordingly.
  • Data Entry: Enter defined loan data into Quality Control system.
Requirements:
  • Mortgage Expertise: Minimum 1-5 years' experience in mortgage underwriting, processing, and/or quality control.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or equivalent work experience.
Favorable Skills:
  • Lending Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with TRID is highly preferred.
