Job Title: Korean Language Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Korean Language Specialist. The ideal candidate will have native or near-native proficiency in Korean and strong English-language communication skills.

About the Role:

  • Craft high-quality written content in Korean for various prompts, ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and creative adaptability.
  • Evaluate and review human- and AI-generated text for accuracy, tone, clarity, safety, and cultural alignment.
  • Provide detailed linguistic assessments, focusing on style, nuance, bias, clarity, and intent.
  • Conduct peer reviews of linguistic contributions to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Design creative content such as prompts, role-play scenarios, games, and thought experiments to test and challenge AI capabilities.
  • Explore cultural aspects of Korean language use, including idioms, humor, irony, and traditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate, engaging, and contextually appropriate written responses in Korean.
  • Evaluate and review both human- and AI-generated content.
  • Provide detailed linguistic assessments.
  • Conduct peer reviews.
  • Design creative content.
  • Explore cultural aspects.

Requirements:

  • Native or near-native proficiency in Korean.
  • Strong English-language communication skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Korean writing, editing, or content creation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Korean culture, idioms, humor, and societal nuances.
  • Experience in linguistics, translation, teaching, or language-related projects preferred.
  • Ability to analyze and refine text for clarity, engagement, and accuracy.
