Lead Shooter

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a structured shooting program that promotes skill, discipline, and excellence in the sport.

This position requires a highly motivated individual with a strong passion for shooting sports. The successful candidate will have excellent coaching and training skills, with the ability to design and deliver age-appropriate training sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced shooters.

The Shooting Instructor will also be responsible for establishing a structured shooting curriculum integrated with the school's sports vision. They will promote shooting as a sport of focus, discipline, and concentration, while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training sessions for shooters of all levels.
• Establish and implement a structured shooting curriculum.
• Oversee the maintenance of the shooting range, equipment, and accessories.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
• Prepare students for intra-school, inter-school, and external shooting competitions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or equivalent.
• Certified Shooting Coach (National Rifle Association of India or equivalent certification mandatory).
• Additional certifications in sports psychology or fitness training (desirable).

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Shooting Coach, with a proven track record of coaching at school, academy, or competitive levels.
