Design Solutions Specialist

The role of an HVAC Design Engineer is a critical one, requiring strong technical expertise and project management skills to ensure successful delivery of mechanical systems in commercial, industrial and domestic projects.
- Key responsibilities include designing, implementing and maintaining mechanical systems, selecting equipment and specifying requirements to meet customer needs and industry standards.
- A key aspect of the job is preparing detailed technical construction drawings, calculations and specifications for mechanical systems using computer-assisted engineering software.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working with building services, a background in international projects (preferably US-based) and excellent communication and team handling skills.
The HVAC Design Engineer will work closely with clients, project managers and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget. A strong understanding of Revit and AutoCAD is essential, as well as the ability to develop cost estimations and bills of materials in line with design concepts.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building services and mechanical systems.
- Experience working on international projects, preferably in the US.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
