Job Overview

The role of Senior Interior Designer involves creating high-quality project design drawings and deliverables in FF&E and construction documents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing design compatibility skills
  • Managing project development, encompassing Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and 3D modeling in SketchUp & Lumion
  • Quantifying Bill of Quantities, both detailed & single-line BOQ

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior design
  • Proficient in Design application, 2D (AUTOCAD) & 3D (SKETCH UP, PHOTOSHOP & LUMION) WITH BOQ

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Deliverables:

  1. Project design drawings and deliverables

Working Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AUTOCAD, SKETCH UP, PHOTOSHOP, and LUMION
