Salesforce is looking for an experienced Account Development Manager to join our team. As an Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth within existing assigned accounts by developing key customer stakeholder relationships and coordinating internal resources to meet customer business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy within your specific market segment to drive revenue growth and develop new customers
  • Collaborate with customers on the Service cloud to evangelize Slack solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organizations
  • Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
  • Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment
  • Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers
