About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee a team of vibration analysts and software developers in our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, with a proven track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of three vibration analysts and ten developers. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing strategic guidance and oversight to the team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Developing and implementing effective processes and procedures to drive team performance and efficiency.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  4. Acting as a first-level escalation point for team-related issues and concerns.
  5. Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a technology or engineering environment, preferably within the wind business.
  3. Good understanding of the SAFe framework and Agile methodologies.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with international teams.
  5. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
