Job Overview:

This role is for a seasoned Associate Manager with a proven track record in IT service delivery and project management.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery of services, and fostering a high-performance team culture.

A strong leader with exceptional communication skills, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, driving operational efficiency, and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading project delivery teams to ensure alignment with scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Managing project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria while overseeing project lifecycles
  • Tracking and reporting project progress using standardized dashboards and KPIs
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, or a related field
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile certifications are required
  • Experience:
  1. Greater than 8 years in Service delivery in EUC, Networking, and similar roles in IT Managed services
  2. Proven experience in managing projectized environments, IT service delivery, and people management
  3. Demonstrated success in leading and developing diverse teams

Skills:

  • Expertise in project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Proficiency in team management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Project)
  • Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
