Job Summary

We are seeking a senior business analyst to take on the role of determining operational objectives and improving systems by studying current practices. This position will involve constructing workflow charts and diagrams, as well as recommending controls and defining project requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business or systems analysis, quality assurance, or IT/computer science. A strong understanding of API documentation and data visualization techniques is also required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Determining operational objectives by studying business functions

  • Recommending controls by identifying problems
  • Defining project requirements
  • Making recommendations to senior management using analytics

To succeed in this role, the candidate should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or an MBA
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in business or systems analysis, quality assurance, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive
  • Ability to work independently and with others
