Project Lead

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled engineering leader to take on the role of Project Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned engineer to lead project teams, collaborate with cross-functional groups, and contribute to the success of our team.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have 15-18 years of experience in air pollution control equipment design, including ESP and Fabric Filters. A strong background in mechanical engineering or related fields is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project teams to ensure design specifications and quality standards are met.
- Provide technical guidance and conduct design reviews to ensure engineering standards, reliability, and performance specifications are achieved.
- Work closely with other engineering disciplines/teams to integrate mechanical design and ensure consistency.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.
- Offer technical support to Sales/marketing and process teams for proposals.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical.
- Strong knowledge of 3D tools like Inventor, AutoCAD, and Navisworks (advantageous).
