Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled State Leadership Manager to lead our secured business loan initiatives in designated states. As a key member of our team, you will drive growth and revenue while guiding Cluster and Area Managers to formulate plans that meet overall revenue targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to manage secured business loans, ensuring optimal results.
  • Foster profitability across all products by maintaining a balance between fee income and branch costs.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to launch new products and generate revenue from untapped markets.
  • Formulate sales, distribution, and disbursement strategies for each state to ensure optimal results.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business Administration, or related field).
  • Prior experience in a leadership role, preferably in a financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
