Interior Design Role

As a professional interior designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and modular designs based on client conversations. You should have excellent communication skills to assess clients' needs and adjust your approach accordingly.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales closure by owning the sales funnel
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout projects
  • Lead and ensure high-quality design deliverables
  • Oversight of the end-to-end project lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Degree or relevant diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of 1.5 years of experience as an interior designer
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering residential modular KWS projects (2-4)
  • Proficiency in design tools, PPT presentation, and AutoCAD
  • Design expertise in conceptual, technical, and modular design
  • Project management skills, including creating BoQs and coordinating with agencies
  • Key attributes: result-oriented, teamwork, integrity, crisp communication, and sales expertise
