Job Description:

The Privileged Access Management Business Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls.

  • Maintain and uplift IAM PAM controls.
  • Investigate and report potential cybersecurity exposures, recommending corrective action.
  • Work with IDAM Control Owners to record, monitor, and publish reporting dashboards.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with business units and IT teams to gather requirements.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders.

Governance and Compliance:

  • Experience working in regulated environments with exposure to global regulatory requirements.
  • Implement robust governance practices to manage risks and ensure compliance.

Team Coordination and Leadership:

  • Lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
  • Develop and implement best practices for project delivery.

Process Improvement:

  • Evaluate processes and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop and implement best practices for project delivery.

Risk and Issue Management:

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively manage issues and dependencies to avoid project delays.

Documentation:

  • Project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience of IAM controls.
  • Technical background in security spaces - Privileged Access Management.
  • Extensive knowledge on managing compliance IAM security standards.
  • Ability to understand operating effectiveness of IAM secrets controls.
  • Manage and govern KPIs / KCIs / KRIs.
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills.
