Job Summary

This role is centered around providing advisory services to clients on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition. You will collaborate with sales teams throughout the customer engagement cycle, ensuring a seamless delivery of our service offerings and value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presentation of RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition service offerings and value proposition to customers
  • Supporting the organization of technical responses to requests for proposal and information (RFP/RFI's)
  • Developing blueprints that address high availability, disaster recovery, business continuity, security, compliance, networking requirements, and more
  • Creation of pricing and provision of ongoing deal support to sales teams
  • Technical discussions with customers on Private Cloud Edition topics and coordination of experts from the Cloud Architecture & Advisory organization as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in customer communication and presentations
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering or computer science, Business Administration required from an accredited university
  • In-depth understanding of SAP technologies, including releases and platform interdependencies
  • Familiarity with entire platform stacks, encompassing storage, virtualization, hardware, and networks
  • Good grasp of RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition and SAP Business Technology Platform
  • English native speaker; proficiency in other languages an asset

Experience:

  • 7-12 years of hands-on experience in customer-facing SAP technology consulting and/or presales roles (e.g., Basis Admin, DB Admin, migrations, upgrades, business continuity)
  • Background working with hosting providers and data centers highly valued; HANA/Suite on HANA skills beneficial but not mandatory
  • Previous experience working for an enterprise software and/or services vendor essential
