We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team at LSC Infratech Limited as an Assistant Manager - Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our sales initiatives, increasing revenue, and building lasting relationships with clients.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve both short-term and long-term goals, and supervising and motivating the sales team to meet or exceed individual and team targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed individual and team targets.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Client Acquisition: Actively prospect and acquire new clients through various sales channels.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify and seize new business opportunities.
