Job Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned security specialist to join our team and lead the development of robust network security measures.

  • The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain secure network architectures, leveraging their expertise in threat-led segmentation and mitigation strategies.
  • They will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and mitigate potential security risks, utilizing advanced tools and cybersecurity best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough security risk assessments and develop comprehensive mitigation plans to protect against emerging threats.
  2. Design and implement innovative security solutions, integrating Web Gateways, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) systems, and SIEM platforms to enhance security incident detection and response capabilities.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to research and evaluate emerging cybersecurity technologies and tools, ensuring our security posture remains proactive and resilient.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in security engineering or a related field, with a strong focus on threat-led security and mitigation strategies.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices, including network segmentation concepts and security tool ecosystems.
  • Proven experience with security tools and technologies, including Web Gateways, EDR systems, and SIEM platforms.
