  • Quality assurance reviews to verify accuracy and completeness of R&D Tax Credit calculations.
  • Special tax projects for clients as needed, including tax planning, compliance, or consulting projects beyond routine R&D Tax Credit services.
  • Staying abreast of changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry trends related to R&D Tax Credits, contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, data analytics, business, or a related field.
  • Experience with R&D Tax Credits is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and technical data.
  • Excellent communication skills in writing and verbally, as well as interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines by setting priorities with work projects.
  • Knowledge of US tax regulations is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and PowerPoint, and ideally a power user of Excel.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide opportunities for professional growth, a collaborative work environment, and a comprehensive benefits package.
