We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Cloud Backend Developer. This position requires expertise in designing and developing scalable backend systems using cloud-based services, as well as experience with serverless applications, data pipelines, and containerized deployments.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating efficient and reliable backend services on the AWS cloud platform, utilizing tools such as Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS, and Step Functions. Additionally, they will design and develop real-time and asynchronous data pipelines using Kafka, manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes, and work with NoSQL databases like DynamoDB and Aurora.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, ensuring application performance, scalability, and security best practices, and participating in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/deployment processes.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • AWS Services: Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS, Step Functions, DynamoDB, Aurora, Kubernetes
  • Kafka
  • NoSQL database experience
  • Docker

Prior experience with Python is desired, as well as familiarity with JMS technologies such as IBM MQ and TIBCO EMS.
