Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled POS Functional Consultant to join our team and support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and customizing D365 POS modules, as well as leading functional workshops to gather business requirements related to retail operations and POS systems.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement POS solutions that meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other D365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
  • Develop comprehensive documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve POS-related issues post-deployment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A proven track record as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail.
  • Hands-on experience with D365 POS (Modern POS, Cloud POS, Store Commerce).
  • Strong understanding of retail business processes including sales, inventory, promotions, and customer management.
  • Experience with lifecycle services (LCS), Azure DevOps, and D365 configuration tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
