Job Title: Financial Accountant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis for management review.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments to employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and files.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 4-6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
