Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

This role involves overseeing the effective operation of an organization's technology infrastructure.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Elevate the performance and efficiency of networks, servers, and security systems to ensure optimal productivity.
  • Safeguard server performance by implementing robust monitoring strategies.
  • Enhance network security by continuously monitoring traffic and taking proactive measures against potential threats.
  • Develop and execute disaster recovery protocols for critical applications to prevent data loss.
  • Install and configure new network components such as switches, routers, firewalls, and other hardware devices to maintain a high level of technical proficiency.
  • Address security concerns including server failures, computer viruses, and unauthorized access attempts with a focus on swift resolution and minimal disruption.

Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated expertise in technologies related to QC & Manufacturing equipment with CSV knowledge in Pharma industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in network (active & passive) activities, security activities (network level and server level).
  • Familiarity with server management and SAP setup.
  • Familiarity with systems like EDS, SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, SDWAN, Microsoft AD, DNS, DHCP, Segmentation, VLAN, LAN, WAN, etc.
