Our company is seeking a Legal Counsel with 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.

This is a full-time remote opportunity offering deep exposure to venture finance, startups, and cross-border investment transactions. Key responsibilities include supporting and managing legal processes for investments, exits, and corporate actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and finalise transaction documents such as term sheets, shareholder agreements, and convertible instruments.
  • Liaise with founders, investors, and legal teams to efficiently close deals.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, securities, and foreign exchange laws.

Preferred Profile:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate, securities, and FEMA regulations.
  • Prior law firm experience; candidates looking to transition in-house are especially encouraged.
