Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine sampling and testing for water quality, raw materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement effective laboratory protocols and procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Provide expert advice on microbiological testing and interpretation of results.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory activities and results.
• Ensure that all laboratory equipment and instruments are calibrated and maintained according to manufacturer's instructions.
• Perform other related duties as required by management.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Microbiology or a related field with a strong background in microbiology and laboratory techniques.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing laboratory protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
