Job Title: Deputy Manager - Engine Assembly

At Mahindra Rise, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our Central Manufacturing Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the Engine Assembly process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Layout Planning for Green Field and Brown Field projects
  • Layout & Material Flow optimization to enhance productivity
  • Equipment layout planning and execution for seamless operations
  • Development and implementation of process automation concepts
  • Planning and execution of Material Handling & storage Equipment
  • Stores/Warehouse planning and execution for efficient inventory management
  • Driving Lean manufacturing principles and ensuring Ergonomics for a safe working environment
  • Utilizing tools such as PFC, PFMEA, CP, DFMEA, MFMEA, and DAP for quality assurance
  • Utilizing Work measurement techniques (MOST) for manpower and resource planning
  • Collaborating on packaging selection for parts and overseeing Inbound & Outbound logistics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Automobile, or Electrical & Electronics
  • 2-7 years of experience in Engine Assembly, Testing, or related areas
  • Hands-on experience with AutoCAD/UG, MS Office suite, MOST, and SAP
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
