The role we are seeking requires an individual with strong leadership skills and technical expertise in complex tax matters, particularly for US international clients. You will be responsible for managing multiple engagements across different jurisdictions, driving growth through client-facing activities, and attracting top talent.
- Manage and drive the success of multiple engagements across various jurisdictions
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the practice
- Be responsible for revenue generation and managing a portfolio of business
- Attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent
- Maintain open lines of communication with staff and clients
To succeed in this role, you must have a Master's degree in accounting and/or finance, experience working for a Big 4 or large national, regional, or local accounting firm, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
